Henning Femmer, Technische Universität München, Germany

Henning Femmer is completing his Ph.D. at Technical University Munich, Germany. He has worked with various companies to increase requirements quality, including Daimler, MAN trucks and busses, Munich Re, Wacker Chemicals. He published on requirements artifact quality, focussing on empirical evidence on the impact of bad quality and support for practitioners to write bad quality artifacts. He served in the PC for RET and RE4Susy Workshop and reviewed for IEEE Software, TOSEM, ICSE, and others.

Fabiano Dalpiaz, Utrecht University, The Netherlands

Fabiano Dalpiaz is an assistant professor in the Department of Information and Computing Sciences, Utrecht University, the Netherlands. His main research interest lies in requirements engineering; within this field, his work spans across multiple facets such as security requirements, adaptive systems, gamification and serious games, modeling and automated reasoning, socio-technical systems. He obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Trento in the area of requirements-driven self-adaptive systems. He has published over 80 papers in international journals, conferences, and workshops. He has organized the iStar'14 workshop at CAiSE'14 (26 submissions, 30 participants), the EMAS'14 workshop at AAMAS-2014 (41 submissions, 45 participants), and the RESC workshop at RE'11 (12 submissions, 20 participants). He serves on the program committee of international conferences such as CAiSE, MODELS, RE:Next, ER, AAMAS.

Jin Guo, University of Notre Dame, USA

Jin Guo is a PhD student at University of Notre Dame. Her research focuses on developing a domain-specific expert system for use in the traceability domain and mining domain knowledge from traceability data. Before starting her PhD, Guo worked in the research lab at Fuji Xerox. She co-organized AIRE'14 and AIRE'15. She also served as PC member for SST'15 and RAISE'16.
